This initiative, led by CESA’s Center for Corporate Governance Studies (CEGC), trains women aged 20-30 in leadership and good organizational practices, strengthening their profiles and increasing their chances of achieving leadership and management positions.
The women will offer knowledge and new perspectives as part of the CEGC’s aim to train female talent to lead a broad range of Colombian organization.
Each participant is sponsored by a female leader from the Women on Boards of Directors Leadership Community.
